We watched this one on the market for a while and swooped in when the price was profitable for an investor— $260k below the original list price!

It’s a cosmetic fixer that was cheaply remodeled by a large company. Needing a “lipstick flip” reversal to reach top value in the market, I’m happy we could put this deal together at a price that worked for everyone and very excited to see how it turns out.
